You can access courses immediately after purchase via your account dashboard. We also send a receipt email with a direct “Continue learning” button. If you don’t see access within 5 minutes, check spam/promotions and confirm you used the same email at checkout.

14-day window and what to include.

If a course does not match the description, contact us within 14 days of purchase. Include the course name, your checkout email, and a short note about the mismatch so we can resolve it quickly.

We collect minimal data required to deliver access (like your email and purchase record) and never sell it. We use secure transport (HTTPS) and restrict internal access. If you need deletion/export of your data, message support and we’ll guide you through the process.
